Remodel charmed contractor so much he moved in

714 E 36th, Savannah GA

I found this home for sale and had to beg my investor to buy it. I saw the potential and, luckily, he trusted my vision.

Throughout the process, he began to see my vision as well — even adding modifications to make it his own. He loved it so much he moved into it for a while.

There was so much that went into this house behind the walls. From plumbing to HVAC and from electrical to spray foam insulation and new sheetrock, there is an endless list of what you can’t see but what can eat a ton of your budget!

For the finishes, we went for a classy design that would stay in style for a long time — including beautiful wooden, white shaker cabinets, acid washed mirrored tile backsplash, quartz countertops, refinished original hardwood floors and large format white subway tile.

We kept the walls white and bright decorated with neutral furnishings. He spent a bit of money on the appliances and lighting fixtures. In the end, it was worth it.

It came out beautiful and set a price record for the neighborhood when we sold it.
